Established and register 1975 under the name: Levan Steel Construction Company. Levan Steel Construction Company is a family owned business.
Proprietor and founder, first CEO and General Manager is Mr. William Quincy Sarnoe Sr. Architect and Construction Engineer. A 1969 graduate of the Boker Washington Institute with specialty in Architectural and General Building Construction Engineering, and Metal Fabrication (Arc Welding).
Worked with the Ministry of Public Works as Civil Engineer of Monsterrado. Projects at the time included: Housing Units BTC, Schools and Housing Units in Bensonville, Gardnersville Town Hall Designer and Builder.
Levan Inc. maintains the legacy of its Founder and Proprietor, First CEO and General Manager of professional and quality workmanship.
